Advance Dining Reservations
How To Book Dining
One of the most important steps in planning a Disney vacation is reserving dining 180 days before checking in. You can book dining on the Disney World website and My Disney Experience app.

Build your MousePlan. Once you know where you will be each day, taking magic hours, park hours, crowd levels, and your own preferences into consideration, you can begin looking at the dining options that match your itinerary.
Remember – most dining is inside the parks and restaurants book up fast, so you’ll need to have a park plan before making advance dining reservations.
Make a wish list of dining experiences – Dinner with princesses or other Disney characters? Signature dining? Fireworks dessert party? Spirit of Aloha dinner show? Are there special restaurants at your resort that you’d like to try? Are you celebrating something special? Are there dietary restrictions to accommodate?
- Visit Disney’s dining page at https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining to learn about all the options
- Filter by type of dining experience, price range, cuisine, location, and even guest rating
- If you’re traveling within 6 months, search by date and time to see what’s available and begin making reservations!
Exactly 180 days before your check in date (if possible), hop on the Disney website and sign in to your My Disney Experience account (as early as 7am EST) to begin making reservations.
Popular spots fill up within minutes, so if you want to dine at Cinderella’s Royal Table, Be Our Guest or other restaurants that are high in demand, be sure to be logged into your My Disney Experience account by exactly 7am EST to get those reserved!
Dining Plan Credits. If you’re on a dining plan, count up how many table service dining credits you have and make a reservation to, at least, use each of those credits.
For example, if you are staying 5 nights on the Disney Dining Plan, then you’ll have 5 credits and will need to make at least 5 reservations. If you wish to use them at a restaurant that requires 2 credits (e.g., signature restaurants, Cinderella’s Royal Table, etc.) then adjust how many credits you have to use. Of course, you can pay out of pocket, if you exceed your credits.
Making Changes? Be sure and use the My Disney Experience mobile app, or visit your resort concierge to cancel any reservations within 24 hours or potentially incur a fee.
Quick service restaurants don’t require reservations, but it’s still good to have a list of places you’d like to try and plan how they best fit into your itinerary.
